Shop With Confidence
Returns & Exchanges
Simple for apparel. Handcrafted luxury is final sale — here's exactly why.
Apparel — 30-Day Returns
Tees, hoodies, denim and essentials can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached, for a refund to your original payment method.
However, for issues like misprints, damage, defects, or lost packages, claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery for faster resolution.
- Start your return by DM on Instagram @faith_in_god_clothing with your order number
- We reply with the return address and next steps
- Refund is issued once the item arrives back and passes inspection
Luxury Shoes & Bags — Final Sale
Every pair of FG shoes, the FAITH BOOTS and the AbundanceBag is handcrafted in Italy to your order — one at a time, made specifically for you. Because nothing is stocked or resold, all luxury footwear and bags are final sale.
If your handcrafted item arrives damaged or with a defect, DM us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with the workshop.
Exchanges
Need a different size on an apparel item? DM us within 30 days and we will swap it — remember our jeans run small, so size up (2XL fits like a men's 38).
